  7    PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION
 The development of the Noosa Arts, Culture and Heritage Plan will be progressed through an Arts,
 Culture and Heritage Reference Group. The purpose of the Reference Group will be to assist the
  Director of Community Services to:
  e Shape the format and content of the Plan
  e  Advocate for availability of the necessary resources
  e Provide a leadership role for the development and priontisation of the Plan's objectives and
     outcomes
  e Provide the support mechanism around the Plan
  e  Monitor the scope of the Plan
  e Provide input into specific arts, culture and heritage issues

  The recommended membership of the Reference Group is as follows:

  Community Representatives

  Project Officer) and Belinda Simonsen (Community Development Officer- Arts and Culture)
