RACV Noosa Resort supports Noosa Council conducting a formal Feasibility Study in to the location,
construction, and operation of a dedicated Convention Centre and separately a dedicated Cultural
Centre in central Noosa.

The provision of a larger local Convention Centre will help secure increased business from the high-
yield business MICE (Meetings Incentives Conventions and Exhibitions) segment, resulting in a
substantial direct and indirect economic impact.

The availability of a larger local Cultural Centre will enable the staging of an increased range and
scale of cultural and performing arts’ events, delivering both economic impact and community
access and enrichment
