In relation to the abovementioned development application (MCU21/0193) and Council’s Decision Notice
dated 24th February 2022, on behalf of LiFT Strength and Conditioning we hereby notify Council that the
applicant is suspending the appeal period in accordance with s.32 of the Development Assessment Rules
2017.

Council is advised that representations in relation to the Conditions of the Decision Notice will be submitted
in accordance with s.75 of the Planning Act 2016.
