POST CONSTRUCTION CERTIFICATION LETTER - LANDSCAPING — STAGE 1

With reference to Development Approval Conditions listed in the Negotiated Decision Notice, items 40,
50, 52 and 54, as a Registered Landscape Architect (AILA No. 12466) confirm that I have undertaken an
inspection of the completed Landscape Works for the above site.

The Landscape Works have been constructed generally in accordance with the approved plans referring
to condition items 40, 50, 52 and 54 of the Negotiated Decision Notice and meet industry standards. All
works have been installed generally in accordance as per the Landscape Documentation prepared by
Project Urban, drawing numbers; 19269, CD-001 [G}, CD-100 [E], CD-101 [G], CD-200 [D], CD-201 [G],
CD-202 [D]. There were some construction amendments involving relocation of some electrical services
which impacted on the frontage landscape within stage 1 of the works. The landscape was adjusted to
suit the construction changes. Additional, larger species were also added in throughout stage one as
some of the substituted callistemon and grevillea species did not meet the height objective of the
landscape design.
