Subject: Minor change to existing proposal required for MCU21/0156 - 89-93 Eumundi Noosa Road - Front Fence - Condition 42(c):

Good afternoon,

There are 2 considerations from our end and that is if we were to accept it, and also what process this would involve.

Firstly, I have discussed this with our Environment Officer and we can accept a minimum of 500mm setback (in lieu of 1m) where the corner to the fence is currently showing on the boundary. The aim of this condition is to soften the fence and built form generally.

Secondly, we have a condition which is quite specific and would require changing. It could have been dealt with through the negotiated decision process, but that has already run its course. Therefore, I propose you seek to lodge a minor change application. Given this is a minor assessment, in lieu of the minor change fee ($2330), we can accept a generally in accordance fee which is $647 (up until 30 June) or $663 in the new financial year.

Kind regards

Lisa
