Access constraints based on the busy location of The proposal can accommodate adequate sight
the Maple Street crossover lines to allow for safe entry and exit to the site from
Maple Street. Based on anticipated vehicle
movements the access arrangement is considered
acceptable
Inadequate on-site car parking provision Following the public notification process the proposal
has since been amended to ensure there is no
shortfall of on-site car parking, with the proposal
meeting the planning scheme requirement of 24
spaces
Limited on-street parking availability While on-street parking may be limited, the proposal
has sought to balance the need for on-street parking
through the provision of 8 angle spaces off Maple
