Application Resubmission MCU16/0099 - Proposed National Broadband Network (nbn™)
Fixed Wireless Facility (Impact Assessable) at 23 Jirrima Crescent, Cooroibah.


Reference is made to a recently lodged development application for a Material Change of Use for a
Telecommunications Facility at the abovementioned address. Advice from the Department of
Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning has indicated that an Operational Works application
is also needed in association with the proposed Waterway Barrier Works. As such, find attached
updated planning material associated with MCU16/0099 that incorporates both a Material Change
of Use and Operational Works application.

Please find attached to this email:

    •   Completed Development Application (IDAS) Forms;
    •   Planning Report including the development plans and attachments;
    •   Owners Consent; and
    •   A recent copy of title.

Payment for the outstanding Operational Works application fee will be made direct to the
