AWNINGS ON APPROVED ROOF TERRACE
The proposal seeks retrospective approval for two powder coated aluminium awnings that have
been constructed over part of the decks of Unit 304 and Unit 204. The units are located on the
western side of the complex and are setback approximately 1.3m from the site boundary. An
inspection has confirmed that the pergolas are not visible to the streetscape or beach front and are
considered acceptable.
