Dear Sir/Madam

We wish to make application for Operational Works – Jetty and Material Change of
Use – Landing adjoining the above property.

Please find attached to this e-mail:
    1. DA Form 1
    2. A full set of engineered plans including constructional details
    3. Design advice from an RPEQ
    4. Proof of the land owner
    5. Owners Consent from Council

We have shown the jetty on the far right of our client’s waterspace and not in the
centre of the shared boundary as per planning scheme requirements. This has been
done as our client’s neighbour was unwilling to contribute to the cost of the jetty and
therefore our client wanted the jetty to remain wholly in his waterspace.
