Attention: Assessment Manager,
We live at 1/11 Opal Street Cooroy and absolutely oppose the development. Noise in this area is already unbearable and the traffic congestion is also a safety hazard.

Happy for a carwash to be in Cooroy but believe this would be better suited to the industrial area.
