Attention: Assessment Manager,

I Christopher Martin Mahon of 3320 Mary Valley Road Imbil Qld 4570, fully support the application for a car wash in Cooroy.

The hours of operation coincide with existing Service Stations which a  joins the proposed site at 30 Elm Street Cooroy.

The eco design of the development is environmentally sound and aligns with Noosa's eco ethos.

I don't believe that there will be any detrimental impact to traffic flow or noise to the local area as the road is already a major traffic net work.

Having a new business with other friendly outlets and amenities will only benefit the community.
