Since COVID we have seen a sharp increase in people looking to start up new businesses within the
Noosa shire and a large percentage of their uses include an industrial element requiring a warehouse
component to run their business from. Unfortunately, due to Noosa’s small Industrial zones, property
has become extremely tightly held resulting in very little further development.

As a result, we are losing businesses to the Coolum Industrial Estate where there is ample stock
available at more affordable prices. Smaller units in Noosa are providing an entry level option for buyers
who want to stay living and working in Noosa.
