Hi Scott,

 

As you may be aware the decision making period the Good Shepherd application (MCU20/0072) is currently stopped until 24 December 2020 after which there is 1 additional day for the application to be decided.

 

Understanding that the traffic consultants are currently in dialogue I seek clarification as to whether you are agreeable to further extending the timeframe or alternatively if you are agreeable to extending out the decision date.

 

As it stands, if officers were required to make a decision on the application without the traffic issues being resolved then the decision would be to refuse the application.

 

I am commencing my leave today and will be returning on January 4. If you can’t provide advice on this matter today can you please provide your response to Kerri Coyle in the coming days.
