8           Interim Construction Land Management
The approved development is to be constructed over three stages, including:

Stage 1:              RAC, central facilities and co-located apartments and 50 per cent of the
                      independent living villas

Stage 2:              Balance 50 per cent of independent living villas

Stage 3:              Apartment buildings.

Both Lot 6 and Lot 9 are intended to be cleared for civil earthworks at the same time, thus the
construction of the first two stages of development will not be subject to potential interim hazard by
retained vegetation internal to the site.

Notwithstanding this, the development site must be maintained in a low-fuel condition throughout
construction and into the maintenance phases, to avoid potential inadvertent of on-site vegetation
re-establishment during construction.
