1. This bushfire management plan is to be read in conjunction with the bushfire hazard assessment report prepared by Meridian Urban and
dated December 2018.

2. The rear facade and the entirety of the roof structure of the residential aged care facility is to be constructed to BAL-29 requirements. The
southern, eastern and western facades are to be built to BAL-19 requirements, on the basis of building shielding pursuant to AS3959.

3. All vegetation across the site is to be managed in a low-fuel condition in perpetuity in accordance with the bushfire hazard assessment
report prepared by Meridian Urban dated December 2018.
