RE: Development application for a Development Permit for a Material Change of Use for a Car wash &
Food and drink outlet at 34 Elm Street, Cooroy described as Lots 4, 5 and 6 on RP 72698


Dear Nadine,


In accordance with section 18.1 of the Development Assessment Rules, it is advised that public
notification for this development application was undertaken from 13 October 2023 to 3 November 2023 in
accordance with the requirements of section 17 and Schedule 3 of the Development Assessment Rules.


I confirm that the following public notification actions were undertaken for the above application:


   Published a notice in the Sunshine Coast Daily on 12 October 2023.
And
   Placed three (3) notice boards on the premises in the way prescribed under the Development
Assessment Rules on 13 October 2023.
And
   Notified the owners of all lots adjoining the premises the subject of the application on 12 October
2023.


 The Planning Act 2016 is administered by the Department of Local Government, Infrastructure and Planning, Queensland
