MCU16/0066_Further info re: Representations regarding stormwater 6 Taylor Court Cooroy.msg
Subject: Taylor Court, Cooroy From: John McKennariey Date: 2017-03-23T04:48:34+00:00 To: Cherie O'Sullivan, Lisa Pienaar Hi Lisa and Cherie, Thank you both for the meeting yesterday. I just wanted to reiterate that Covey Associates are saying that it is impossible to comply with the current wording of conditions 27(e) and (k) of the decision notice (as identified below). In fact, Covey are saying that no industrial development (whether a service station or anything else envisaged by the POD) or even the planting of a forest on the site could comply with these criteria. As requested, can you please keep the me in the loop as to where you get to with Healthy Waterways. I do have the original planning report that accompanied the subdivision DA (attached). The report does include numerous references to water quality being improved as a result of the sawmill going. Is there any way that the POD water quality criteria somehow use the sawmill as the threshold (base) for reducing pollutants? I have separately asked Trish Sweeney to send through the original Stormwater Management Plan for the subdivision as this may provide some context. If this is easier for either of you to send me can you please send through.
