L01 Statement to NSC

          The areas of setback intrusions are minor and do not impact on the amenity of the area;
          The area of height intrusion are minor and located away from the street and adjoining
           properties and will not impact on the amenity or character of the area.
          The proposed form of the building is consistent the scale of development that has
           occurred in the surrounding area.
