Hi Mark,
Yes we are very lucky that we have missed the cyclone.
 
We (meaning myself, manager and two directors) have discussed your issue at length and have been trying to find a solution for you. Initially
we thought that we could do a minor change however when we looked into the definition of a minor change under the Act we noted that if a use requires public notification it is
not able to be defined as Minor Change. A food and drink outlet requires public notification and therefore this use/change is not able to be considered as a minor change.
 
Therefore an Other change to the application is required and yes you will need to publicly notify the application.
 
I note that we have not received any complaints about your operation and we have been looking at ways to assist you however we are bound by
legislation and don’t want to send you down the pathway of an invalid application.

Hi Nadine,
 
Hope you are well and prepared for the next few days. Hopefully, we get off a little lightly now it appears to be heading towards Brisbane/GC.
 
I wanted to reach out directly to see where things are at with our Liquor License situation at Bounce as I have not been able to get hold of Russell in the last two weeks.
 
In the last communication, Russell explains that we needed to go through a Minor Change Application. I asked the question of what the journey looked like once the Minor Application Approval
was in place but have not heard back.
 
Once we receive the approval, are we then where we left off prior to 18th Jan where we can then request for the allowance of public using the facilities to be made permanent?
 
Thanks for your time and apologies for having chase this up directly as I know that there is a lot going on at the moment.
