1.0 - INTRODUCTION
Lindsay Consulting Pty Ltd has been commissioned to prepare a Stormwater Management Report to
accompany a development application for a proposed subdivision development.
The development involves the construction of sewerage and water infrastructure along with 1 No
stormwater connections Crank Street.
This report documents how stormwater runoff will be managed on site in accordance with Noosa
Council's requirements.


2.0 - SITE DESCRIPTION
2.1 Location and Land Use

The proposed development site is located at 33 (Lot 3 RP149081) Crank Street, Tewantin.
The proposed development area is approximately 1957m2 and is currently occupied with an existing
residence at its northern West end, which is to be maintained following subdivision, with the southern
and Eastern sides of the block being grassed with scattered trees. There are several shed located along
the southern boundary of the allotment with these being removed as part of the subdivision. The site
falls diagonally from the south west corner to north east corner of the existing allotment.

The road frontage to Crank Street is fully kerb and channeled.
