All care has been taken to obtain information from sources which by all means are reliable. All
information and data has been verified as far as possible. However, Treesafe Australia Pty Ltd
cannot guarantee nor be responsible for the accuracy of information provided by others.
Unless stated otherwise:
Information contained in this report covers only the trees that were inspected and reflects the
conditions of the trees at the time of inspection.
Trees are assessed under typical weather conditions and do not account for large weather events
with a rating of Beaufort scale 9 (Strong gale 76-87Km/h. 41-47knots) or greater.
The inspection was limited to the visual examination of the subject tree without drilling, coring,
probing, x-ray imaging, excavation, dissection or any other tool or method unless stated within
this report.
There is no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, that any issues, problems faults, failures
or deficiencies of the subject tree(s) may not arise in neither the present nor the future.
Treesafe Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to forward a copy in full of this report to any local,
state, or federal government body or regulatory authority that may request this report for the
assistance in making an informed assessment of the trees on site.
This report has been prepared for the exclusive use of the client and Treesafe Australia Pty Ltd
accepts no responsibility for its use by other persons or organizations. The client/approved
recipient of this report acknowledges that this report and any options, opinions, advice, or
recommendations expressed or given in this report are based on the information supplied by the
client and on the data inspections, measurements and analysis carried out or obtained by
Treesafe Australia Pty ltd. and referred to in this report. The client/approved recipient should only
