     1      PETITION:  REQUEST TO COUNCIL TO DESIGNATE CHAPLIN PARK,
            NOOSAVILLE AS A DOG OFF LEASH AREA

            Council Resolution

            Moved:          Cr Bolton
            Seconded:       Cr Wilkie

            That the petition tabled by Cr Bolton requesting Council to designate Chaplin Park,
            Noosaville as a dog off leash area be received and referred to the Chief Executive
            Officer to determine appropriate action.
                                                                                      Carried.
