Please find enclosed a development application for a Material Change of Use and Operational Works to be
assessed by Noosa Council. In support of this application please find enclosed:

    ●​   Flood certificate;
    ●​   Landowner’s consent;
    ●​   DA Form 1;
    ●​   Site Classification Report prepared by Global Testing;
    ●​   Proposal Plans and Landscape OPW Plans prepared by Blackburne Jackson;
    ●​   Engineering OPW Plans and Stormwater Management Plan prepared by Ingeniir.

Payment of the relevant fee will be made once a reference number and payment link has been received.
