The proposed development involves an expansion of Noosa Civic. The proposed expansion will be anchored
by two (2) supermarkets and a discount department store and will involve the provision of 22,870m2 GLA of
additional and reconfigured retail floor space and 9,655m? GFA of additional and reconfigured mall and back of
house area. The proposal involves an additional 1,000 car parking spaces. Refer to the Town Planning Report
for use definitions and to the Architectural Drawings (Appendix B to the Town Planning Report) for the number
of buildings or structures.
