I refer to your request to apply the Superseded Planning Scheme and advise that on 20 May 2021, Council decided to refuse the request.
In deciding the matter Council also resolved to advise of a preference for the area identified as a drainage reserve to be a reserve for environment purposes to link to the upstream areas zoned for this purpose.
