Dear Council.

 It is really bizarre to be welcomed into the coastal area of the Noosa Biosphere through an industrial estate, an abundance of service stations, and fast food outlets. Please don’t let another not needed petrol station into this area. Surely we don’t need 3 in the space of 500m… this isn’t inner Sydney is it. Create a space for new ( non franchised) businesses like sunspace, Belmondos and the like… Noosa is known for these businesses. We don’t want to be known for 3 petrol stations in 500 metres. WAKE UP PLEASE
