Council Issue 8 – Elevations
Elevation plans to include:
a. RL of maximum height of each building
b. Details of colours and materials
Response
The proposal’s elevations have been amended to incorporate the RL of maximum height of each building (Refer to
Attachment C). Further details of the colours are provided on the elevations and a Material and Finishes Palette (refer to
Figure 1) is provided as part of the revised set of plans. In addition, the revised set of plans includes an artist impression,
which clearly illustrates the use of colours and materials throughout the development.
Council Issue 9 – Earthworks and retaining walls
The extent of earthworks and resulting retaining walls, with fences situated on top, is excessive and will result in
detrimental impacts on the amenity of occupiers of adjoining properties. This is particularly relevant in the south eastern
area of the site where a retaining wall of approximately 2.0 metres is proposed.
