area of hectares. The property has been assessed against eligibility criteria
outlined in the Council’s policy on Voluntary Conservation Agreements and
meets the following criteria: -

• Occurrence of Regional ecosystems;
• Part of a wildlife corridor connecting.
•    Known habitat for the
•    Known Koala habitat.
•    Presence of, a threatened ecological community under the Commonwealth
     Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act.
