External Consultation - Community & Stakeholder

Preliminary discussions have been undertaken with NDLG regarding transfer of the building
licence to the group. These discussions indicate NDLG are agreeable to this option. The
option has been formally put to the NDLG committee and Council has received written
advice from the group supporting the the proposal pending further specific discussions
regarding costs to manage the property.
