NOTICE OF COMPLIANCE OF PUBLIC NOTIFICATION
DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION FOR MATERIAL CHANGE OF USE OF PREMISES - MULTIPLE HOUSING
TYPE 3 RETIREMENT & SPECIAL NEEDS

28 EENIE CREEK ROAD, NOOSAVILLE
PART OF LOT 3 ON SP246584

We have undertaken and completed the public notification with respect to the above development
application in accordance with the requirements of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, Chapter 6, Part 4,
Division 2.

The public notification included:

(a) Publishing a notice in Sunshine Coast Daily on 28 November 2016 (copy of advertisement attached);
    and,
(b) Placing notices on the land in the way prescribed under the Sustainable Planning Regulation 2009 from
    28 November until 20 December 2016 (photo of the sign/s as erected on the land is attached); and,
(c) Giving a notice to the owners of all land adjoining the land. A list of the names and addresses and the
    date they were notified is attached to this notice.

In completing this notice of compliance we have released that a small section of Lot 3 extended over the
corner of Hofmann Drive and Rene Street, such that the subject lot has a small frontage to Rene Street.
While a public notice sign was not placed on Rene Street, the Hofmann Drive sign was largely opposite the
section of Rene Street frontage. We therefore request in accordance with section 304 of the SPA that
Council continue to assess and decide the application notwithstanding this minor noncompliance on the
basis the noncompliance has not adversely affected the awareness of the public of the existence and nature
of the application or redistricted the opportunity of the public to make properly made submission.
