PLANNING & ORGANISATION COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 20 MAY 2014
The Hydrologist has provided an estimate to undertake an assessment of the impact. It is
considered reasonable that the applicant demonstrate that their filling will not have any off-site
impacts at their cost. In an effort to reduce the costs, Council can provide access to the existing
modelling data for no cost and the consultant Hydrologist’s contact details.
Given the location of the site and the topography of the area the off-site flooding impacts are not
expected to be significant but the true extent cannot be determined without undertaking the
impact assessment.
