Dear Mr. Murphy,
I have resided at the above address for 16+ years and consider myself fortunate to be in this beautiful little corner of
the world.
I visit our village each day and most days attend the Peregian Tennis Club, another wonderful corner of Peregian,
with the Kindy and Vegie Village beside us. It is quite unique and charming. The area is under some changes at
this time with the addition of a large parking area at Rufous Street..
The village area is becoming quite difficult to get to, both from Plover Street where cars are parked along the side of
the street, facing south. Leaving barely enough space for 2 way traffic. Also coming and going at the roundabout is
very busy, plus the traffic from IGA area. Parking is very difficult to come by in the village, from early morning to
mid afternoon.. Traffic is often lined up and at a standstill.
Peregian Beach is a lovely place to live, very barefoot/beachy/laid back.. I hope this never changes.
I urge Noosa Council to protect the village of Peregian Beach and stand behind the intent of the Noosa Town Plan
and to refuse this Development Application.
Mrs. Wendy Hynson
