      (9 Units) situated at 81 Hastings Street, Noosa Heads, described as Lot 1 RP 205677

I refer to your request to make a change to the above development approval.

On 20 October 2009 Council decided to:

A.    Approve the change with the following additional conditions to read as follows:
      1.    Development undertaken in accordance with this approval must generally comply with
            the approved plans of development. The approved plans are listed in the following table
            and as amended by these conditions.

      2.    The roof line over the proposed extensions to level 3 shall have a height no greater than
            the existing roof over the stairwell, and shall not extend forward of the stairwell’s
            existing western façade, to ensure the roof form is not visible against Noosa Hill from
            important scenic vistas.
            Amended plans demonstrating compliance shall be submitted to Council, prior to the
            issue of a Development Permit for Building Works.
