                 This report was commissioned by Adapt Planning on behalf of the client, the property owner.
                 Consult Arborist Pty Ltd has been requested to conduct an independent arborist assessment
                 and produce a report on the subject trees predominantly within the adjacent the Noosa Council
                 road reserve of The Esplanade on the south western side of the property of 2 Arakoon
                 Crescent, Sunshine Beach, with consideration of the project design. The report is to be
                 included in the application submission to Noosa Council for approval.

                 The project involves the redevelopment/renovation of the existing dwelling, including the
                 reconfiguration and realignment of the property driveway and road reserve crossover.

                 The successful protection of the trees will be bettered by the education and cooperation of all
                 parties during the design and construction phases, with the input and presence of the Project
                 Arborist on site to assist and advise during the construction phase for all works carried out
                 adjacent to the TPZ of retained and protected trees.
