            above application in accordance with the requirements of the Sustainable Planning
            Act 2009, chapter 6, part 4, division 2.

                r3I       Publishing a notice in the Sunshine Coast Daily on 14th May, 2013
                          A copy of the newspaper advertisement is attached to this notice and
                ~         Placing notices on the land in the way prescribed under the Sustainable
                          Planning Act 2009 from 14th May to 5th June 2013. Photos of the signs as
                          erected are attached to this notice and
                E(        Giving a notice to the owners of all land adjoining the land. A list of the
                          names and addresses and the date they were notified is attached to this

                          notice.
