Please find attached our Information Response to Council.
I can confirm, as explained in the letter, that we have had to seek owner’s consent for the new boundary wall from Department of Natural Resource, Mines & Energy and for the new jetty from Department of Environment & Science.  As a result we wait on the issue of these consents prior to finalising the SARA response to this application.
