NOT the appropriate location for a development of this type!!!
Road infrastructure inappropriate through poor surfaced and winding hinterland roads for current community let alone heavy vehicles.
These roads now have been dedicated as a cyclists training route on a rd that is double line and narrow for 7 kms plus from Cooroy to Top Forestry Rd, which is a narrow unsealed hinterland rd.
Having lived within a stones throw of proposed  Broiler Farm since 2001, we have been witness to the farming practices of the current orchard grower in a high rain fall area, and cannot endorse the applicant to conduct their orchard practices, let alone a highly intensive agri farm proposal in an environment that affects the wider community!!!
This goes well beyond its ZONING with water runoff and other questionable pollutants/dust affecting local residents own water quality, and the wider community.
