3.0         Proposed development details
The application proposes a similar external façade and first floor layout as the recently approved
building. The changes amend the use from ‘Offices’ to ‘Research & Technology Industry’, as well as
providing for only 6 carparking spaces and 7 motor scooters, as shown below.
