6.4.2.1 Appplication
This code applies to assessable development:
(a) within the District centre zone as identified on the zoning maps contained within Schedule 2 (Mapping); and
(b) identified as requiring assessment against the District centre zone code by the tables of assessment in Part 5 (Tables of
assessment).
6.4.2.2 Purpose and overall outcomes
(1) The purpose of the District centre zone is to provide for a large variety of uses and activities to serve a district of the Noosa Shire,
including, for example, administrative, business, community, cultural, entertainment, professional, residential or retail uses or
activities.
