‘Black Out’ Period 2013-2014
Under the ‘Sustainable Planning Act’ 2009, we cannot use the
period from 20/12/2013 to 5/1/2014 (inclusive) in calculating the
statutory public notification period.
To have any ’15 business day’ public notification period finalised
(signage removed and ‘Notice of Compliance’ issued to Council)
prior to ‘black-out’, we will need to book various newspapers
using the following schedule:
Brisbane City Council ‘Code Notifiable’:
Signage to be erected by Thursday 5/12/2013.
