           The IGA supermarket        complex has been a successful development           and the developer has a
           proven track record in Peregian and demonstrated             the quality of the design and
           construction     he can deliver for their projects
           This development       will allow for people to either stay on holidays or reside in a location that
           is un repeatable in Peregian Beach
           The design of the deveiopment        is sound and is in keeping with the Noosa coastal style
