From memory of our meefing, it was suggested we obtain TMR approval before proceeding with the Council
Applicafion. Let me know if this is incorrect.

Below is the quesfion asked by TMR

    1. Your proposed road to access the property appears to be via an unconstructed council road corridor. Have
       you applied to council to have access to the council road corridor and to construct a new road in the council
       road corridor? Please provide agreement and/ or approval from council.
