8 Conclusion
A concept stormwater management plan has been prepared to manage stormwater quantity and quality for the
proposed development.
An on-site stormwater detention basin is proposed for the development that allows for both current and future
climate change conditions.
A stormwater quality treatment train consisting of one conventional bioretention system and a rainwater tank is
proposed for the development. It is proposed that the bioretention system will be installed within the detention
basin.
Runoff from the external catchment will be piped (up to and including 1% AEP design flows) through the
Development Area and will bypass both the proposed detention basin and treatment train.
