In accordance with section 32 of the Development Assessment Rules, please be advised I am stopping the following
current period:

 Assessment Manager’s Decision Period to allow sufficient time to respond to Council’s Request for Further Advice, as
 issued by Council on the 2 March 2022.


This current period will be stopped for the following period:

 30 Business Days, commencing on the 24 June 2022, stopped until the 5 August 2022, and recommencing on the 8
 August 2022.


Upon giving this notice, the number of business days remaining in the cumulative period under section 32.6(b) of the
Development Assessment Rules is:

 50 business days remaining of the total 130 business days.
