Dear Mark,

Further to our email correspondence dated 31/08/2021, relating to the GIA approval for the Civil Operational works
approval, we hereby submit a GIA request to update the Landscape OPW approval to reflect the recent Civil OPW
approval (Council ref: OPW12/0095.02) issued on 31 August 2021.

Further to Council’s approval package for a Development Permit for Operational Works - Landscaping works (Council ref:
OPW12/0110.01), dated 18 April 2018, we seek a ‘generally in accordance’ approval for the enclosed proposal plan. A
copy of the approved plan M1717L_A1 CS01C and a copy of the amended plan M1717L_A1 LP 01D are enclosed for
Council’s information.

The nature of the plan amendments include:
             The carparking numbers and stage layout have been updated to reflect the recent amendments to the
                higher order MCU and Civil OPW approvals for Stage 5.

In view of the minor nature of the proposed change, which have been undertaken to align with the recently approved
changes to the Civil OPW approval (OPW12/0095.02) we request Council’s written confirmation that the attached
Proposal Plan M1717L_A1 is ‘generally in accordance’ with the approved Operational works package. This will allow our
client to proceed with construction of the final stage of the development.

We can confirm that ‘Generally in accordance’ fee of $631.00 will be paid upon receipt of the payment advice from
Council.
