Carparking Analysis

Noting the above and Youngcare’s experience in Disability Accommodation across a number of
completed developments, the carparking numbers provided at Noosa are adequate. We would
note that on a similar sized development with 10 residents in a mix of dwelling types (similar to the
proposed development at Noosa) they access 5 communal carparks. There are separate carports on
the site however they are not utilised.

Within the proposed development at Noosa Springs, Youngcare will utilise the Ambulance bay for
the parking of all medical staff including nursing staff and visiting doctors. The Carers occupying
both OOA rooms will utlise one car space each. This will leave the remaining 3 carspaces for visiting
family and friends.
