 Topography             The concrete access driveway, manoeuvring area and building are all
                        constructed at a Finished Level of 13.5m. The site then drops down to the
                        Project Avenue road level at a rate of approximately 1 in 4.
 Existing vegetation    There are existing established trees and shrubs surrounding the driveway and
                        manoeuvring areas.
