Demonstrated capability of key personnel including evidence of entrepreneurial
leadership, team capacity, connections.
Suitability and/or compatibility                                                               15%
Demonstrated fit with technology sector and demonstrated technology product
innovation and development.
Alignment with the vision                                                                      10%
Demonstrated understanding of the vision for the Digital Hub and its contribution to
the Noosa technology and digital sectors. Evidence of intended contribution to
building the Digital Hub community.


Emerging Enterprises (Start-ups/Scale-ups)

An emerging business with demonstrated growth over a 2 to 5 year period.
Detailed key criteria including profitability, year on year growth, awards and
accolades .
Suitability and/or compatibility                                                               25%
Demonstrated fit with technology sector and demonstrated technology product
innovation and development.
Capability and resources                                                                       25%
Demonstrated capability of key personnel including evidence of entrepreneurial
leadership and team capacity. A viable and commercially attractive business
concept and evidence of adequate finance (to sustain the business during the
start-up phase).

Demonstrated understanding of the vision for the Digital Hub and its contribution to
