2 Lakeway Drive, Information RESPONSE March 2022
Following the completion of the construction process, we plan to revegetate with native plant species to enhance the overall habitat. As previously noted, the area of the dwelling, driveway, shed and effluent disposal is on previously cleared land. We would describe the land as open wooded grassland. A total of 5 trees will need removal for the effluent disposal, pool and dwelling. No tree removal is required for the driveway and the preexisting shed. Please see our adjusted arborist and house plan that are attached. As per the above information. The house has been designed as a split level to decrease the need for extensive cutting and filling. We estimate that cut and fill will be no more than 600mm. The entire project will require the removal of 5 trees only – one for the effluent disposal system and four for the house dwelling and access to it. We do not believe there will be any impact upon the retained vegetation within the site. According to our discussions with the arborist, the fill will have no impact on the root zone of the retained nearby trees. We hope this provides you with all of the information that you have requested.
