1    FURTHER REPORT – MCU21/0146 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION FOR A MATERIAL
     CHANGE OF USE FOR MULTIPLE HOUSING (90 DWELLING UNITS) AT 28 EENIE CREEK
     ROAD, NOOSAVILLE

     That Council note the report by the Coordinator Planning to the General Committee Meeting
     dated 13 June 2022 and the further report to the Ordinary Meeting dated 16 June 2022
     regarding MCU21/0146 for a Development Permit for a Material Change of Use – Multiple
     dwellings (90 small dwelling units) situated at 28 Eenie Creek Rd Noosaville and defer the
     application to allow further time for Council review the proposed development.
